Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Days per week: 5
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility and Outpatient
• Expected patient volume: 6 to 12 per day
• No on-call requirement
• Weekend coverage may be required before or after a holiday
• May be required to float to other facilities
