Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PTA licensure in IL

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F 8:00 - 4:30
• On-call or weekend requirement: No
• Coverage area: Agency service area
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
