Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Experience with NetHealth and PCC required.

Assignment Details

• Flexible schedule.
• Patient population includes long-term and short-term skilled nursing residents.
• Average caseload is 12 to 14 patients per day.
• In-house therapy staff environment.
