Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility clinical experience required for new graduates
• Experience with Nethealth point-of-service documentation

Assignment Details

• 136-bed skilled nursing facility with short-term, long-term, and outpatient care
• Productivity expectation: 88%
