Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• First-time travelers will not be considered

Assignment Details

• Patient population: Outpatient ortho
• Float to other clinics: No
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
• Expected patient volume: 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked

Redmond, Oregon sits in Central Oregon, about 17 miles from Bend and about 8 miles from Smith Rock State Park, a destination known for hiking and rock climbing.
