Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Florida physical therapist assistant license.
• At least 2-3 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Familiarity with general computer use, including internet, e-mail, file navigation, online HR services, and online training programs.

Assignment Details

• Home visits and periodic office meetings are required.
