We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Denver on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and mobility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, and function
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
Previous experience in home health or outpatient setting preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
