We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Denver on a full-time basis.Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and mobility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, and function
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
- Previous experience in home health or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
