    Clinic Director 

       

    Job Type: Full-time   

    Salary:   $82-115K   

    Job Location:  Princeton,  NJ 

    Up to $10K in sign-on bonuses available

    Responsibilities:

    You’ll achieve success by:   

    Responsible for the management of daily clinic operations including patient care, employee management and overseeing administrative duties in order to ensure both high quality patient care and meet the financial goals of the clinic. The Clinic Director reports to their Regional Director  

    Responsibilities  

    • Plan goals and objectives annually for office operations and identify the resources (staff, equipment, funds) required to meet or exceed the goals set for the clinic.  
    • Carry a full patient load as set by productivity standards.   
    • Monitor pertinent clinic financial and statistical information and modify clinic procedures and implement changes as needed to meet goals.  
    • Direct marketing efforts and attend community and industry events in order to increase awareness of the clinic.  
    • Directly responsible for hiring qualified staff to support and contribute to the needs of the clinic. Obtain approval from Regional Director prior to all employee hiring and/or termination.  
    • Oversee implementation of company policies and procedures where necessary.  
    • Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure company requirements and policies are sufficiently met on a daily basis.  
    • Delegate administrative duties to staff and provide instruction as needed.  
    • Monitor clinic procedures and resolve problems through collaboration with pertinent contacts, and implement changes as needed.  
    • Resolve operational problems related to customer service, patient issues, accounting procedures, staff issues and computer systems.  
    • Manage clinic supply ordering budgets and expenses.  
    • Attend all company meetings (Director Meetings quarterly, etc.).  
    • Oversee employee work/vacation schedules to ensure staffing needs are met in accordance with company policy and guidelines. Coordinate financially responsible fill-in staff where appropriate.  
    • Complete annual reviews for staff.  
    • Communicate regularly with the Regional Director. 
    Qualifications:
    • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New Jersey. 
    • CPR and first aid certification required
