Required Skills
- Valid and current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on physical therapy experience
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in specialized therapy areas
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Proven track record of effective patient rehabilitation outcomes
- Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Valid state licensure in Texas or the ability to obtain licensure
- Must be comfortable commuting to the Granbury location
- Certifications such as CPR, trauma, or specialty certifications are a plus
