Physical Therapy Homecare Experience

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy professional with homecare experience to join our team at University Home Care Inc. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, helping them improve mobility, manage pain, and regain independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes according to prescribed plans of care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous homecare experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Southeast MI Regional area.
