Required Skills:
  • Valid and current Physical Therapy license in the state
  • Proven experience working with pediatric populations and acute care patients
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of diagnoses and treatment modalities
  • Excellent patient assessment and individualized treatment planning skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with hospice and swing bed programs
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Additional certifications such as CPR, TBI, or specialized therapy certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Pediatric-specific therapy experience is a must

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Ability to travel between outpatient clinics and inpatient units as needed
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all healthcare regulations
  • Must have pediatric therapy experience; this role is not suitable for new graduates
