Job Description
Cleveland Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to join our fun, energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is eager to support both clinical and front office operations.
- Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment setup
- Apply hot and cold therapy packs as directed
- Maintain and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Ensure the clinic remains clean, safe, and welcoming for patients
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communication
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties
- Support front office operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical setting preferred, ideally within a physical or occupational therapy clinic
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, caring, and patient-focused approach
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
