This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting while working alongside licensed therapists and healthcare professionals dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals.
What You'll DoAs a PT/OT Technician, you will assist our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient clinic environment.
Responsibilities- Assist Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants with patient care activities following training and competency validation.
- Support patient intake processes and authorized documentation activities.
- Monitor and report delegated treatment activities to the supervising therapist.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient visits.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization in accordance with safety and infection control standards.
- Assist with inventory, maintenance, and routine operational tasks.
- Adhere to HIPAA, compliance, safety, and company policies.
- Participate in mandatory training and continuing education requirements.

QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Previous healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, or customer service experience
- Completion of Health Occupations coursework
- Interest in pursuing a healthcare-related degree or career path
