Physical Requirements
This position requires regularly standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 pounds; and lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to or over 50 pounds; intermittently sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds; working in confined spaces and/or at heights above four feet. Also involves some job-related travel (less than 10% of time); exposure to risk of injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials; and exposure to hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste, burns, cuts/punctures, blood-borne or airborne pathogens, recombinant DNA or viral vectors, and combative/violent people.
Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Job Summary
The Physical Therapy Technician's primary function is to assist in carrying out patient-related activities which are predetermined for each patient and assigned by the physical therapist.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to general cleaning, ordering supplies, processing paperwork, making copies, and sending faxes. This position will support the outpatient clinic.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, have high attention to detail, be self-directed, and have excellent customer service skills.

Healthcare experience in an outpatient PT/OT setting.
