Opportunity Details
Trinity Health Grand Rapids is an active member of the Cardiovascular Network of West Michigan, along with member organizations at Trinity Health Muskegon and University of Michigan Health - West, with the goal to create the highest quality, innovative, comprehensive cardiovascular care for the people of West Michigan.
- Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Potential for .2 FTE dedicated to Medical Director duties
- Schedule: 5 patients per day in clinic
- Location: Grand Rapids, MI
- Specialty: Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology
- Provider Team Size: 11 Providers
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students
- Call Requirements: 1:5 call schedule, may be less as we grow and add additional providers
This Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist will establish a new service line, strengthen our Heart Failure program, and retain high-value cardiovascular care within the system.

Requirements
- Advanced Heart Failure fellowship required
- Open to new Fellows
- Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
