Physician - Anesthesiology

Job Details:

• Provide anesthesiology coverage with 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 
  
• Must be able to perform regional block (nerve block) anesthesia for a high volume of orthopedic patients
• 
  
• Coverage need of 3-4 FTE per month on an ongoing basis
• 
  
• Anesthesiologists cover a 1:3 CRNA/room ratio delivering high quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas
• 
  
• Patient population includes all ages
• 
  
• Special procedures include Vascular, OB/GYN, General, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics, and Urology
• 
  
• Skills required: MAC, Regional, Spinal, and Ultrasound techniques
• 
  
• Must be able to take call from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM during the week when needed
• 
  
• EMR system: Epic
• 
  
• Hospital bed size: 135 beds
• 
  
• Board Certification: BC or BE required
• 
  
• Active PA license required at time of presentation
• 
  
• Certifications required: ACLS and PALS
• 
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
