Job Details:
- Coverage needed July 6-10
- 4:1 supervision only - medically directed model with ability to run own room if necessary
- 19 OR rooms, 5 Endo rooms, and 1 Maternity room
- 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift with potential to stay later for add-on cases
- CRNA supervision required
- General anesthesia required for both adult and pediatric patients
- Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia required
- Obstetrical cases required
- Thoracic cases (excluding open heart) required
- Complex vascular cases (excluding open heart) required
- Complex orthopedic cases required
- Post-op epidural and post-op extremity blocks required
- Epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical required
- Transforaminal injections (lumbar and cervical) required
- Use of X-ray guidance in performance of blocks required
- Ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume/BP issues required
- Central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement required
- Pain management techniques preferred
- Board certification required; minimum certification level: Certified
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Fellowship required
