Job Details:

• Provide locum tenens anesthesiology coverage on an ongoing basis
• 
  
• Perform general anesthesia cases on pediatric patients ranging from 2 days to 2 years old, with potential to see older pediatric patients depending on scheduled date
• 
  
• Cases include hernias, pyloric stenosis, and ENT procedures
• 
  
• Typical shift hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with possible extensions to 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM
• 
  
• No weekends, nights, 24-hour call, in-house call, or beeper call required
• 
  
• Work within a care team model supervising CRNAs at a maximum 1:4 ratio
• 
  
• Expected to both supervise and work own cases
• 
  
• Inpatient hospital setting with 466 beds and trauma center capabilities
• 
  
• Fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology required
• 
  
• Must be Board Certified and participating in MOC
• 
  
• DEA/CSR required
• 
  
• Local candidates only
