Job Details:

• 1 Full-time and 1 PRN MD needed

• Facility strongly prefers providers that can cover full-time; PRN support is as needed

• All candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• 
  
• 138 licensed beds
• 
  
• 2,200 2,400 surgical cases per year
• 
  
• 4 ORs and 4 Non-OR Anesthetizing (NORA) locations
• 
  
• Case variety includes heavy orthopedics; no OB, no open hearts, no transplants
• 
  
• Anesthesia model: 2 MDs and 2 3 CRNAs daily
• 
  
• Shift lengths of 10 and 12 hours
• 
  
• 2-week rotation schedule: Week 1 Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with beeper call 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM beeper; Week 2 Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with beeper 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; followed by 2 weeks off
