Job Details:
- Provide anesthesia coverage for ambulatory surgery centers with occasional hospital coverage
- Work 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Minimum 2-3 weeks availability per month required
- Must be willing to handle solo cases and supervise nurse anesthetists
- Work in a care team model with 50% solo cases and 50% supervision duties
- For solo cases, manage patients from pre-op through case completion
- For supervision, oversee CRNA staff starting at pre-op with a ratio of 1:3 to 1:4 nurse anesthetists
- Must be willing to cover multiple surgery center locations and hospitals as needed
- Credentialing required at all designated facilities
