    Note: The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Holyoke Medical Center is an independent community hospital that has served the healthcare needs of the Pioneer Valley for over 125 years. We are seeking a dedicatedOrthopedic Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Sports Medicine team in Amherst, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to athletes and active individuals of all ages. The Physician Assistant will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions in both clinic and surgical settings. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, assisting in orthopedic surgeries, performing procedures such as joint injections and splinting, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing patient education and follow-up care. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physician Assistant with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for orthopedic and sports medicine. Prior orthopedic or surgical experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
