Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physician Assistant role based in Austin, TX. The Physician Assistant will collaborate closely with the supervising physician to perform patient assessments, obtain medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and assist in developing individualized regenerative treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostic and biomarker tests, performing and assisting with procedures such as PRP injections and other regenerative therapies, and monitoring patient responses to treatment. The role also involves educating patients on treatment options and biohacking protocols, documenting visits in a clear and compliant manner, coordinating follow-up care, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical protocols.\n
Qualifications

- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of Texas and graduation from an accredited PA program.

- Board certification (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant and active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.

- Clinical skills in patient assessment, history-taking, physical examination, and development of differential diagnoses.
- \n
- Experience or strong interest in regenerative medicine, sports medicine, functional medicine, or longevity-focused care.
- \n
- Ability to perform office-based procedures (e.g., injections, venipuncture) and support advanced therapeutic protocols with appropriate training.
- \n
- Strong written and electronic documentation skills, including accurate charting and familiarity with EMR systems.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach and comfort educating diverse populations.
- \n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical team and to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuing education, and staying current with emerging regenerative and biohacking therapies.

- BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain), and prior outpatient or clinic experience preferred.
