What You'll Do

• Assist in the OR with cardiac or thoracic procedures, including vein harvesting and endoscope assistance
• Perform rounding and clinic visits in a hospital setting
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, X-rays, labs, ECMO, IABP, and Impella devices
• Provide ICU or step-down patient management
• Support the surgical team during procedures and on-call rotations (call split 50/50)
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

What You Need
Required:

• Physician Assistant license in California
• Active CA license and CA DEA license
• Experience with vein harvesting, EKG interpretation, ICU patient care
• Ability to manage OR assists and complex patient cases

Preferred:

• 3-5 years of clinical experience in cardiothoracic or cardiovascular surgery settings
