Experience: Prior experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery preferred
Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
Conduct morning rounds, monitor patient progress, and update daily notes
Assist in all cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including robotic lobectomy, CABG, valve surgeries, and more
Manage postoperative care, chest tubes, and patient discharges
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during rounds and procedures
Support in ICU and OR settings; no clinic responsibilities involved
Respond to emergency calls and provide on-call coverage on a rotational basis
Assist with endoscopic vein and radial harvesting, conduit preparation, and postoperative care
What You Need
Current Physician Assistant licensure in Washington
BLS certification required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery or related field
Strong knowledge of cardiothoracic procedures, ICU protocols, and patient management
Ability to work flexible hours and respond effectively to emergent situations
