We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physician Assistant specializing in Emergency Medicine to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Required Skills:

• NCCPA Certification
• NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
• Proficient in EMR systems, specifically Meditech 6.1
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient load effectively
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in Emergency Medicine
• Bilingual capabilities
• Familiarity with hospital-based ICU procedures
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies
• At least 2 years of experience working in emergency or acute care settings
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high-stakes clinical environment efficiently

Other Requirements:

• Availability for open shifts on July 1, July 2, and July 6, from 12 PM to 12 AM
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, managing approximately 18-20 patients per shift
• Housing provided in hospital-owned apartments
• Travel reimbursement capped at $500
• Hourly pay rate of $1.00
