Our client is seeking a Physician Assistant for Emergency Medicine with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Perform entire patient care continuum of urgent care and acute patients in the Emergency Department
Perform initial assessments, order/interpret diagnostics, exercise treatment algorithms, and arrange appropriate disposition for patients of all ages
Utilize available physician resources appropriately
Demonstrate high confidence in treating patients
Available for Primary Patient Care including review of lab/x-ray reports, medication refills, patient referral, patient education, health maintenance, and symptom management
Schedule and Shift Details
1728 clinical hours per year, 12x12 hour shifts per month (11am-11pm), 30-35 patients per day, No Call Physician on every shift
