• Outpatient primary care with no call
• Patient ages 12 through geriatrics
• Schedule is 9a-5p, 5-day workweek, including Sundays
• Team-based model with 2 MDs and 3 PAs
• Requires board certification as a Physician Assistant
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Open to new grads and practicing physician assistants
• Strong patient-centered communication skills
• Base salary in the range of $160K-$180K, depending on experience, plus productivity bonuses
• $10K sign on bonus (2-year commitment)
