Duration: Contract assignment, duration to be discussed
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Employment Type: W-2, full-time
Required Licenses/Certifications: CA Medical License, DEA, CA Controlled Substance Education Course (for PAs), Furnishing License with Schedules II (for NPs)
Experience: 3+ years in family practice or similar setting, chronic pain management experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive rate based on experience)

What Youll Do
Provide comprehensive family practice care for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and adults
Manage chronic pain and perform clinical chart closures within 72 hours
Conduct patient assessments, diagnositcs, and treatment planning
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care
Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in EHR systems
Follow all state and federal guidelines for controlled substances and licensing requirements
Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You Need Required:
Valid California Medical License or Nurse Practitioner license
DEA registration, active before start date
CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (for PAs)
Furnishing License with Schedules II (for NPs)
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in family practice or primary care
Strong communication and patient management skills
Preferred:
Experience with chronic pain management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual skills or additional language proficiencies are a plus
