What You’ll Do
  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages in a busy outpatient clinic
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including mental health concerns
  • Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and perform assessments
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop treatment plans
  • Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and management of chronic conditions
  • Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need
  • Valid certification/license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in Washington State
  • Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience (all ages)
  • Comfort working with mental health issues
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
