What You’ll Do
Provide primary care services to patients of all ages in a busy outpatient clinic
Manage a diverse caseload, including mental health concerns
Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and perform assessments
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop treatment plans
Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Valid certification/license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in Washington State
Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience (all ages)
Comfort working with mental health issues
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
