Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Provide urgent care services for patients aged 6 months and older, including adults and pediatrics
• Handle high-volume patient flow independently as the sole provider
• Perform minor procedures such as lac repairs, ear irrigations, and more
• Document all visits accurately using Epic EMR
• Demonstrate excellent soft skills in communication with support staff and patients
• Ensure quality care while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Participate in required training and credentialing processes

What You Need:

• Active North Carolina medical license and DEA
• Minimum 12 months of urgent or primary care experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR and ability to see and treat all patient age groups
• Board certification in PA or Family Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• BLS certification
• Strong soft skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to participate in mandatory training sessions on scheduled Wednesdays

This position is with a leading urgent care center in Fayetteville, NC, providing compassionate, timely healthcare services to a varied patient population. Providers will work primarily in an urgent care setting, managing adult and pediatric cases, performing minor procedures, and delivering excellent patient care without on-site supervision.
