Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Currently seeking an Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for an opportunity in the Helena area. Focused on Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care. Seeking providers with experience as well as recent graduates.
Responsibilities of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
- Work with a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Responsibilities include clinic, follow ups, and established visits
- Focused on treatment plans, follow ups, and complaints. Coordination of care
- Typically 16 patients per day
Requirements of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- NCCPA certified
- Master Degree
- Active Physician Assistant License
- Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed
- Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
- Hold DEA license
Schedule of Psot Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
- Schedule Monday thru Friday
- Flexible workday
- No call
- No weekends
- Possible Remote Work

- Salary range of 125,000-140,000
