    Job Description

Physician Assistant (PA) – Join Our GoTo Sleep Team – Glendale/Goodyear, AZ

    \n

    Imagine Healthcare That Really Cares.

    \n

    \n

At GoTo Sleep, we are a growing, multi-location sleep medicine practice focused on the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of sleep disorders and sleep-related health concerns. Through convenient diagnostic testing, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing patient care, we help patients better understand their sleep and get the treatment they need to improve their health and quality of life.

    \n

    \n

Our mission? To change your life while you sleep.

    \n

We’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate, dependable, and positive Physician Assistant to join our team at our Glendale/Goodyear location.

    \n

    \n

    Why Join GoTo Sleep?

    \n

At GoTo Sleep, we believe in:

    \n
    • \n
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • \n
    • A fun-loving, positive attitude
    • \n
    • People who figure it out and get it done
    • \n
    \n

We foster a supportive, collaborative, and team-driven culture with regular team retreats, leadership development, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

    \n

If you’re seeking a meaningful role in a growing outpatient specialty where you can develop relationships with patients and make a measurable difference in their health, this is a unique opportunity to build your expertise in sleep medicine.

    \n

    \n

    Role Overview

    \n

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday Physician Assistant position based at our Glendale/Goodyear clinic.

    \n

    \n

A Different Kind of Patient Care

    \n

If you’re accustomed to healthcare environments where providers move from one patient to the next all day, this role offers something different.

    \n

At GoTo Sleep, we intentionally maintain a low-volume, patient-centered schedule. Our Physician Assistants currently see approximately 7 patients per day, with close to an hour dedicated to each patient.

    \n

We believe providers should have the time to actually listen, evaluate, educate, and care for their patients — not feel pressured to move someone through an appointment every 15 or 20 minutes.

    \n

Our schedule gives you the opportunity to perform thoughtful clinical evaluations, thoroughly review sleep study results, educate patients about their diagnosis and treatment options, develop individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

    \n

We believe excellent medicine shouldn’t feel like an assembly line. You’ll have the time to practice medicine and make a meaningful difference without racing against the clock.

    \n

    \n

    Key Responsibilities

    \n
    • \n
