• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (can be 3 days with 10-hour shifts)

• Experience: Prior hematology/oncology experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patients independently and alongside an oncologist
• Oversee patient care in the infusion suite and respond to lab and test results
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, dietitians, and navigators
• Triage patient calls and manage patient communications
• Utilize clinic resources efficiently, and work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines

What You Need

• License: Active Oregon State license, DEA certification
• Certifications: BC in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, AONCP certification, BLS
• Experience: Hematology/oncology experience preferred but not mandatory
• Skills: Strong communication, independent decision-making, patient management skills
