Physician Assistant needed in Lompoc, CA

Location: Federal Correctional Complex- Lompoc

Job Description:

• comprehensive assessments and management of uncomplicated acute and stable chronic health problems of inmates
• assisting and working collaboratively with the physician in management of selected complex medical problems
• performing initial comprehensive medical and psychosocial screenings

Rate: $80/ Hour ( can be divided into $50.hr taxed/ $30/hr non-taxed meals and incidentals)

Schedule: 40 hrs a week, 8 hr shifts

** Part-Time also available( minimum 3 days a week)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks, Renewable

Required Certifications:

- BLS Card

-Active PA license ( Nurse Practitioners are also being considered)
