Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations of patients in clinic and inpatient units.
Assist the Plastic Surgeon in the operating room and during procedures.
Manage wound care, suture removal, dressing changes, and minor procedures.
Document patient encounters in the electronic health record (CPRS) within 72 hours.
Assist with scheduling, care coordination, and patient education.
Maintain accurate and complete records of patient encounters and follow-ups.
Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
Certified by the NCCPA and licensed in any U.S. state or territory.
Minimum of one year of experience working in a surgical or plastic surgery setting preferred.
Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Current BLS certification.
