About Us


Southern Nevada Family Medicine and Southern Nevada Occupational Health Center are dual-specialty clinics growing across Las Vegas. We provide compassionate family medicine, occupational health, and Medicare Advantage-focused care. Our team is dedicated to patient-centered service, teamwork, and innovation in healthcare delivery.


The Opportunity


We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. This is an opportunity to practice in both family medicine and occupational health, while developing leadership skills, expanding your expertise, and joining a supportive, innovative clinical team.


What You’ll Do


  • Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
  • Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
  • Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases.
  • Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment.

Who We’re Looking For


  • Minimum of 12 months of Family Practice experience
  • Active Nevada license (PA-C or APRN) in good standing.
  • DOT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for patient care and improving community health.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dual-specialty clinic.
