Full-Time or Part Time, 3x12-Hour Shifts | $150,000–$190,000 Annually
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $150,000–$190,000, based on experience
- Additional hours beyond your scheduled salary expectations are compensated at your calculated hourly rate
- Comprehensive paid onboarding and clinical training program (approximately 4–6 weeks)

Schedule
- Full-Time or Part Time/Per Diem
- 12-hour shifts
What You'll Do
As a provider, you'll provide comprehensive urgent care services for patients across the lifespan while working alongside an experienced clinical support team.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting
- Perform common urgent care procedures, including wound care, suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and other office-based procedures (OPEN TO VARIOUS BACKGROUNDS YOU DONT NEED TO HAVE ALL OF THIS EXPEREINCE, TRAINING PROVIDED)
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and professionalism
