We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C, FNP-C, or ARNP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Medicine, Orthopaedics and/or Pain Management. We fast-track applicants with training, certification, and experience in Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, placement physical examinations, OSHA respiratory clearance evaluations, and the evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic L&I injuries.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ideal for experienced professionals comfortable working independently, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Preferred Experience: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine, Rehab, or Orthopaedics.
  • Provide acute injury care with a focus on musculoskeletal issues.
  • Conduct DOT and pre-placement physical exams.
  • Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit physical examinations.
  • Advise employers on workplace health and safety
  • Provide health education and counselling to employees
  • Patient Load:
    • 75-80% injury care
    • 20-25% occupational exams and drug testing
  • Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts), no weekends or call.
  • Compensation range of $125,000 and $185,000 per year based on education, experience, and certification.
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.

Qualifications:


  • Certified as a PA or NP, with CURRENT WA STATE LICENSE
  • Current FMCSA certification preferred
  • Prefer candidate with at least 3 years of experience performing physical exams and pre-employment evaluations.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and OSHA guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
