We are actively seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our rapidly growing, award-winning interventional pain management practice serving patients throughout Anne Arundel and Baltimore County, Maryland. Our team is known throughout the Baltimore/Washington region for delivering compassionate, comprehensive, and cutting-edge pain management care.
Duties:- Perform patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist with pain management and medication management
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers
- Educate patients regarding treatment options and recovery plans
- Build strong relationships with referral sources and community providers
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care
Qualifications:- Active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in private practice seeing patients independently
- Pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience preferred
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices
Compensation & Benefits:- Base Salary: $135K plus bonuses for Total Compensation: $155,000 – $180,000+
