Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Blackburn Primary Care is a well-established concierge, and medical aesthetics practice seeking a compassionate, and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our office in Rowley, Massachusetts.

Dr Jay Isaac has been a Primary Care Physician in private practice for over 25 years. He believes the practice of medicine begins with building meaningful relationships with patients. There is no alternative to spending time listening to, and getting to know the patient. At BPC, we address not only the physical aspects of health, but also its social, emotional and spiritual aspects. This requires a deep familiarity with patients, and is the focus of our practice.

Our office environment is high-end, filled with music, art, and the old-world charm of a bygone-era. Our staff knows every patient on a first-name basis. As a concierge practice, our membership is intimate and manageable. As a physician-owned solo practice, the staff are treated like family.

Our ideal candidate is naturally curious, confidant, and compassionate. They enjoy working with their colleagues in a professional and collaborative manner. They must have enough experience to be able to work independently when necessary. We also deliver care in medical aesthetics, hormone replacement and medical weight loss. The candidate must be willing to work within these domains as well.

The position is full time, and on-site. Roles will include managing complex cases, familiarity with insurance mandates, medical billing, and interacting with other providers. Having knowledge in skin procedures, and aesthetics is ideal, but not necessary, as training will be provided.
