Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing appropriate care plans.
- Administering treatments, medications, and vaccinations following best practices.
- Collaborating with our physician and healthcare team to ensure integrated and patient-centered care.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A valid Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients and colleagues.
- Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
