Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care; including examination and accurate diagnosing, review and maintain medical record, treatment/supervision of acute/chronic medical conditions. Order and evalute diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc). Refer patients to a higher level of care when appropriate. Actively engage in patient education. Timely and accurate completion of all necessary charting/paperwork.
Required Qualifications:
Certificate of completion from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
Unrestricted California (PA or NP) license.
Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date.
Excellent patient care and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
Flexible, strong multi-prioritizing skills and time management skills.
Computer / EMR proficient.
