Position Summary

Provides MFM virtual care only. Consultative care and treatment based on stipulation that a physical exam is not required.Responsibilities*Conduct virtual assessments and follow-up visits for high-risk obstetric patients in collaboration with MFM physicians.*Review and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results to discuss with patients.*Provide patient education regarding fetal conditions, prenatal screenings, and pregnancy management.*Coordinate care plans with referring OB/GYN providers, MFM physicians of the practice and other specialists.*Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care. *Participate in virtual multidisciplinary case conferences.*Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and interdisciplinary team meetings.Requirements*Washington State APP license by the time of employment*DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority*Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association*Minimum of 3 years of experience in obstetrics or maternal fetal medicine preferred.*Experience with telehealth platforms and Epic HER system.*Must be able to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $154,530.00 - $162,010.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
