    As a Physician Assistant, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their care journey by providing straightforward, effective treatment that helps improve breathing and overall quality of life.

    What You’ll Do

    • Deliver patient-centered medical care under the supervision of physicians
    • Evaluate both immediate and long-term patient care needs
    • Listen carefully to patient concerns and provide root-cause solutions
    • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including interviews, physical exams, and medical history reviews
    • Educate and empower patients to actively manage their health
    • Assist with in-office procedures as needed
    Requirements

    What You Bring

    • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
    • Board certification in family or adult care
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant
    • Current Wisconsin licensure
    • Strong multitasking skills and ability to collaborate within a team
    • Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
    • Interest in ENT-related services and procedures
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Ability to work on-site in a Madison-area clinic
