A well-established, privately owned healthcare group is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join its growing Pain Management team in Tamuning, Guam. Enjoy practicing in a collaborative, intervention-focused setting while living on a tropical U.S. island with no state income tax.

  • Privately owned, physician-led group founded in 1999
  • One modern outpatient location
  • Team of 12 physicians and 160 employees
  • 9 Radiologists and 3 Interventional Pain Specialists

Compensation & Benefits
  • $150,000–$160,000 salary based on experience
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

Position Highlights
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
  • No call and no weekends
  • See approximately 16-20 patients per day
  • Mix of new patient consultations and follow-up visits
  • Treat a large population of active-duty military members and veterans
  • Focus on interventional pain management with minimal medication management
  • Join an experienced team including another PA and two PM&R physicians




Qualifications
  • Certified Physician Assistant
  • Minimum of 2 years of pain management experience
