Position Overview
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients under physician supervision
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Assist in procedures and patient education
- Maintain accurate medical records
Requirements- Active PA license and national certification
- DEA registration if applicable
- Relevant clinical experience
Ideal Candidate- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Reliable internet and phone access.
