ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Key Role in creating Holistic and Integrative Medicine Practice

• Key role in establishing and expanding Primary Care Onsite and via Telemed when time allows

• Develop and implement primary care arm of clinic with Chief Medical Officer and Clinical Director

• Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures for urgent care and primary care patients

• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations

• Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients

• Work onsite 2 (12) hour shifts per week

• Completion of chart notes within 48 hours

• Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance

• Develop and implement patient management plans

• Work with HR, Operations and billing to ensure smooth operation and execution of primary care initiatives

• Relay suggestions and ideas for business development to department heads and CEO

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Functions a integral part of the team
