Join our team as a full-time Spine Physician Assistant, where you will deliver empathetic care at our organization located in the picturesque community of Richland, Washington. This position allows you to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to treating spine patients, primarily focusing on outpatient services.   • Flexible 36-hour workweek, Monday through Friday
  • Exclusively outpatient care
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Comprehensive onboarding program
  • Annual compensation ranging from $146,690 to $197,175
  • Compensation may include incentives for productivity, quality/service, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be available.
  • Prior experience is required
  • Access to a professional student loan consultant
  • As a non-profit entity, our organization qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
