Specialty: PA Wound Care
Hospital Location: Springfield, IL
Setting:Outpatient
Reason for Coverage: Medical Leave   
Start Date: July 13 - September
Availability: Looking for full time coverage.  Will split between 2 providers 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off    
Schedule: Either Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday
Call: none
Patients Per Shift:25
License: IL license or Compact  
EMR: Epic
