About the Opportunity

New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS), a leading orthopedic practice in Western Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team of experienced orthopedic providers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated PA to build a strong foundation—or advance an established career—in a collaborative, high-volume orthopedic environment. You’ll receive structured training and mentorship from skilled orthopedic surgeons while gaining exposure across a variety of subspecialties.

Orthopedic experience is welcome but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Following training, providers are matched to a subspecialty based on interest, aptitude, and clinical needs, which may include:

  • Hand & Upper Extremity
  • Foot & Ankle
  • Total Joint
  • Spine
  • Sports Medicine
  • Trauma
What You’ll Do
  • Provide orthopedic care in both clinical and surgical settings
  • Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
  • First-assist in the operating room alongside orthopedic surgeons
  • Participate in pre- and post-operative care and patient education
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical care teams
  • Support hospital rounding and call coverage as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current PA-C certification (or actively pursuing certification)
  • Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
  • DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based clinical environment
  • Interest in orthopedics strongly preferred (experience a plus, not required)
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation starting at $120,000+, commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Generous paid time off and year-end bonus opportunity
  • CME support and tuition reimbursement
  • Structured onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship from orthopedic specialists
  • Opportunity for long-term growth within a respected orthopedic practice
Why Join NEOS

At NEOS, you’ll join a team that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and professional growth. We invest in training and mentorship so our providers can develop confidence and competence across a broad range of orthopedic care.
